Returns Policy

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund within 2 weeks of the purchase date. As a reminder, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and refunds processed will exclude original shipping costs.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns

If you need to return your item to us for an exchange or refund please fill in the returns form and send it back to us within 14 days using the address on your invoice.

We do not offer free returns currently and would always recommend either sending back recorded delivery or getting proof of postage.We cannot refund for lost parcels being sent back to us so please hang on to your proof of postage.

All items must be sent back to us with the original labels attached. 

Please be careful when trying on items as we won’t be able to accept items that have fake tan, make up, perfume or marks on.

Please try shoes on indoors so they aren’t marked on the soles.

Refunds

We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 days.

We are so sorry if we have made a mistake, please contact us and we will sort this out for you.

Sales Items

Sale items are non returnable, this does not include items purchased using a discount code.

Damaged Items

We are so sorry if your item has arrived damaged. 
Please email info@virgoboutiques.co.uk or DM us with a quick picture of the issue and we will ask you return the item back to us at our cost.
